We take action against inappropriate, unsafe, or dishonest conduct as outlined in our Terms of Service.
We treat every pet owner, pet, and team member with dignity and respect. Your trust in us is our top priority.
We match you with experienced, background-checked pet sitters who understand your pet’s unique needs and personality. Our team is trained specifically for Dubai’s climate and living conditions.
We maintain professional standards by thoroughly vetting all team members, implementing secure key management systems, and removing anyone who violates our standards or Terms of Service.
Our team is available to address concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout your service experience. For emergencies, we’re reachable 24/7 at +971 50 168 3020.
Your financial information is protected through secure payment processing. We never store credit card details and use only trusted UAE banking partners.
We investigate any reports of inappropriate conduct and take swift action to address concerns. Your feedback helps us maintain the highest standards.
Our professional pet sitting team agrees to:
Treat every pet owner, pet, and their home with respect and courtesy. Maintain professional behavior at all times. Never discriminate based on nationality, religion, gender, or any other factor.
Accept assignments only when qualified to meet the specific pet’s needs. Be truthful about experience level with different breeds, medical needs, or behavioral challenges. If a pet’s needs exceed your capabilities, communicate this immediately.
Take meet-and-greets seriously as the foundation of successful pet care. Use this time to understand the pet’s personality, routine, medical needs, and any anxieties. Ask questions about feeding schedules, medication, behavioral quirks, and emergency procedures.
Before entering a client’s home, understand if security cameras are present. Never enter private spaces like bedrooms or bathrooms unless specifically authorized for pet care purposes. Report any inappropriate surveillance or privacy violations to our management immediately.
Keep all booking communications, schedule changes, and payments through official D Pet Care channels (phone, email, WhatsApp with our business number). This protects both you and the pet owner from fraud and miscommunication.
Follow care instructions exactly as provided by pet owners. Pay close attention to dietary restrictions, medication schedules, and medical conditions. Monitor pets continuously for signs of illness, distress, or behavioral changes. Never deviate from established routines without owner approval.
If you have any concerns about a pet’s health, safety, or wellbeing, contact our 24/7 emergency line immediately at +971 50 168 3020. Do not wait or try to handle serious situations alone. Document incidents thoroughly with photos and notes.
Treat every home as if it were your own. Follow instructions about which rooms to use, eating and drinking areas, whether guests are permitted, and how to operate home systems. Leave homes exactly as you found them—clean and secure.
Daily update photos sent to pet owners are for their personal use. Never post client pets on your personal social media without explicit written permission. Respect pet owner privacy by not sharing identifying details about homes or locations.
Never engage in illegal activities during bookings. Do not bring unauthorized guests to client homes. Refuse any requests for services beyond pet care. Report any inappropriate behavior by clients to our management team immediately.
To ensure the best care for your pet, we ask that you:
Treat our pet sitters with courtesy and respect. They are trained professionals caring for your beloved pet. Value their time, expertise, and dedication.
Schedule a meet-and-greet before your first booking. This helps your pet become familiar with their sitter and allows us to understand your pet’s specific needs, routine, and personality. Be present during this meeting to observe the interaction.
Provide accurate and thorough information about your pet including medical conditions, current medications and dosing schedules, dietary restrictions and allergies, behavioral issues or fears, history of aggression (if any), and emergency veterinarian contact details.
Update your profile immediately if any health or behavioral changes occur.
Provide current contact information including your mobile number and WhatsApp, travel itinerary with hotel details or contact numbers, and a local emergency contact who can make decisions if you’re unreachable.
Keep all booking confirmations, schedule changes, payments, and care updates through D Pet Care’s official channels (info@dpetcare.ae or +971 50 168 3020). This protects you from fraud and allows us to provide support if issues arise.
Respect your sitter’s schedule by providing accurate service times and dates. Notify us as early as possible of any changes to your return time. Have keys or access codes ready before your departure. Ensure sufficient pet food and supplies are available for the entire service period.
Provide honest, constructive feedback after service. Your reviews help us improve and maintain high standards. If you’re satisfied, consider referring us to friends—most of our clients come from word-of-mouth recommendations.
If you have security cameras or recording devices in or around your home, you must disclose this during booking. Cameras are absolutely prohibited in private areas designated for sitter use (bedrooms, bathrooms). You are legally responsible for appropriate use of surveillance equipment.

Never request services outside of pet care. Do not photograph or video record our sitters without permission. Maintain professional interactions and avoid personal questions or comments about appearance. Report any concerns to our management.
D Pet Care LLC has zero tolerance for:
Undisclosed pet aggression that endangers our staff. Allowing pets with known bite history to interact with sitters without warning. Requesting care for unvaccinated pets during disease outbreaks.
Providing false information about pet health or behavior. Misrepresenting home conditions or access issues. Lying about payment or attempting to avoid fees.
Sexual harassment or unwanted advances toward our team. Discriminatory comments or behavior based on nationality, religion, gender, or appearance. Verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation.
Using surveillance cameras in private spaces without disclosure. Recording sitters in bathrooms or bedrooms. Sharing recordings without consent.
Attempting to book services without payment. Falsely claiming services were not provided. Accusing sitters of theft without evidence. Stealing from our employees.
Significant damage to client property caused by sitter negligence or misconduct. Bringing unauthorized guests to client homes. Using client property without permission.
Consequences: Violations result in immediate service termination, removal from our client list, and potential legal action when appropriate.
If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines:
Immediate Safety Issues: Call +971 50 168 3020 right away for emergencies involving pet health, sitter safety, or urgent situations.
Non-Emergency Concerns: Email info@dpetcare.ae with detailed information including date and time of incident, people involved, description of what happened, and any supporting evidence (messages, photos).
Confidential Reports: All reports are treated confidentially. We investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action. You will not face retaliation for good-faith reporting.
When concerns are reported:
Immediate Response: We acknowledge your report within 24 hours and assess urgency.
Thorough Investigation: We review communication records, speak with all parties involved, examine evidence provided, and consult with legal or safety experts if needed.
Fair Resolution: We take action proportional to the violation including additional training for minor issues, temporary suspension for moderate violations, permanent removal for serious misconduct, and legal action when criminal behavior is suspected.
Follow-Up: We inform you of the outcome (within confidentiality limits) and implement changes to prevent similar issues.
