Every new client participates in a free meet-and-greet before first service. This lets you observe how your pet interacts with their sitter while you’re present, ask questions about experience and approach, review home access and security procedures, and discuss emergency protocols.

We match you with sitters who have experience with your pet’s specific breed, age, medical needs, and temperament. Not every sitter is right for every pet, and we take matching seriously.

D Pet Care takes immediate action against:

Undisclosed pet aggression that endangers our staff
False information about pet health or behavior
Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward team members
Privacy violations including hidden cameras in private spaces
Theft or property damage caused by negligence
Illegal activities on client property

Violations result in service termination and potential legal action.
