In the rare instance we need to cancel your booking at the last minute, we’ve got your back. Every booking with D Pet Care includes service protection. Here’s what that means:

We’ll Make It Right

Full Refund

You’ll receive a complete refund if we must cancel your booking within 7 days of the service start date (or within 7 days of the service start date for recognized UAE holidays like Eid, National Day, and New Year).

Service Credit

We’ll also give you a D Pet Care credit to put towards the cost of a replacement booking.
