These Terms of Service govern your use of D Pet Care LLC pet sitting services and dpetcare.ae website. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, comply with UAE and Dubai laws, provide accurate information, be at least 18 years of age, and accept financial responsibility for services.
We provide professional in-home pet sitting in Dubai including:
Cat Sitting: Daily visits, overnight care, live-in care
Dog Sitting: Daily visits, overnight care, live-in care
Dog Walking: 30-45 minute walks during safe hours
Medication Administration: As prescribed by your vet
Home Care: Mail collection, plant watering during pet sitting
Services subject to availability and service area coverage.
We serve Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, JLT, Dubai Hills, and surrounding areas. Contact +971 50 168 3020 to confirm your location.
Free meet-and-greet required for new clients. Services confirmed after signed agreement and payment arrangements.
Daily Visits: AED 80-120
Dog Walking: AED 75-80
Overnight Sitting: AED 250-350
Live-In Sitting: AED 350-400
Additional Pet: AED 50-80
Prices vary by location, number of pets, and service type. Final pricing confirmed in writing.
Payment Methods: Cash or bank transfer
Short Services (1-3 days): Payment due upon completion
Extended Services (4+ days): 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
Late Payments: 5% fee after 14 days
48 hours notice: Full refund
12-24 hours notice: 50% charge
Less than 12 hours: Full charge
Emergencies: Considered case-by-case
Provide accurate pet information including health conditions, medications, behavioral issues, and aggression history. Ensure pets are vaccinated. Provide working keys or access codes. Pay for emergency veterinary care if needed.
Failure to disclose dangerous pet behavior may result in immediate service termination and liability for injuries to our staff.
Provide background-checked, trained pet sitters. Follow your care instructions exactly. Send daily photo/video updates. Maintain home security. Respond to emergencies 24/7. Contact you immediately if problems arise.
Pre-existing pet health conditions, damage caused by your pet, injuries between your pets, home system failures not caused by us, problems from inaccurate information you provided, and acts of God.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid or AED 1,000, whichever is less.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You agree to cover emergency vet costs and indemnify us from claims arising from your pet’s undisclosed aggression, inaccurate information you provided, or your breach of this Agreement.
This does not apply to our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Terminate anytime with written notice. Outstanding payments remain due.
We may terminate immediately if your pet displays severe aggression, home conditions are unsafe, payment is not received, or you provide false information.
Neither party liable for failure due to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest, or utility failures.
All website content is property of D Pet Care LLC. You may not reproduce or use without permission.
Photos/videos we send are for your personal use. We may request permission to use pet photos (identifying information removed) for marketing.
We keep confidential your address, access codes, travel schedule, personal information, pet medical details, and payment information.
We may disclose when required by UAE law or to protect safety.

If needed, both parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action.
This Agreement governed by UAE law. Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
We may modify these Terms anytime. Changes effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions stay in effect.
Failure to enforce any right doesn’t waive that right.
You cannot transfer your rights. We may assign to a successor with notice.
We are pet sitters, not veterinarians. We cannot diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical treatment.
We cannot guarantee your pet won’t become ill, that all emergencies can be prevented, or specific behavioral outcomes.
You assume the risk that pets can become unpredictably ill, pet behavior can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise.
